Amber, Tegan, and I were tourists again this weekend. We went in to Boston and visited the New England Aquarium and Boston Commons Park. It was a good time. Parking was $30. Can you believe it? Tegan enjoyed getting to see and touch some of the fish at the aquarium. She also liked the Swan Boat ride that we took at the park. You can check out some pictures of our trip here.
We're still finding our way around Boston. We spent most of the afternoon looking at a map that we got from one of the trolley tour salespeople. I am pretty certain that native Bostonians are pointing and laughing at us in their heads.
On the way back to our townhome, we missed our exit off of Highway 95. Something we've learned about Massachusetts is that they lack road signs. So not only is their highway system horribly complicated, but they also assume that you know where you're going, hence no signage is necessary. The trip back from our fun filled afternoon took about 20-30 minutes longer than it should have. The good news is that a trip in to Boston from our house (without traffic) shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. This is only a hypothesis, though, as missing our exit put us at about 50-60 minutes for the trip.
We're going to try visiting another church in Norwood tomorrow. We liked the first church that we visited here a few weeks ago, but we found the pastor a little boring. That, coupled with a meltdown that Tegan had in the nursery, prompted us to look for someplace else to visit.
I just listened to the Aggies start off another season with a loss, this time to Clemson (25-24). Such a close game. Clemson kicked a field goal in the last seconds to win it. I had to listen to it on the Internet here, because ABC decided that no one from Massachusetts would want to watch the game. We got the Notre Dame v. Pittsburgh game, instead. Not interested.
It's near midnight here, and I'm planning to wake up early tomorrow, so I better hit the hay. I hope that you enjoy the pictures from our trek to the city. Talk to you again soon.

I can't believe how big Tegan is getting!! You guys are so New England-y. Hope the bedbug situation is exterminated. I always heard that you could take a shoe and beat them black and blue. At least then they wouldn't look so creepy I guess.
