Getting Started

I've set up this Blog so that Amber and I can keep our family and friends abreast of what's happening in our lives. We leave tomorrow, Tuesday, July 12th, for Norwood, MA, a suburb of Boston. I am moving up there to start a new project at work. We will be there for 9 months, returning to Houston in April 2006. We're pretty excited about the move, although it's been stressful getting everything ready to go. It's 1,800 miles to Norwood, so, if we forget our toothpaste, I suppose we'll have to buy another tube when we get there. This is one example of the thousands of things I'm worried we may forget. I'll try to log in and provide updates from the road.
