Finally...

At last! We finally have an Internet connection, so I can update our blog more regularly. Amber and I got moved into our apartment in Norwood, which is about 10 minutes from my office. It's a bit weird living in an apartment after having lived in a house of our own for five years, but we're making due. We're slowly but surely figuring out how to get around up here. We've discovered that street signs are somewhat optional in some places.

Tegan celbrated her 1st birthday last Monday, July 18th. I've attached a photo of her eating birthday cake. I think she liked it.

Since I've been working, Amber has been figuring out how to get around in the area on her own. She drove to Providence, RI today to do some shopping at a giant mall that they have there. We were both relieved to find a Chili's in the town right next to ours, so I think we'll be swinging in for an order of "kiddie" chicken crispers, soon.

We're taking the train into Boston Saturday morning to "be tourists". I'm not sure what we'll do first, but we're excited to get out and see what Boston is all about. We'll take some more pictures while we're there and post them to this site. Have a good weekend!
