We headed to Brenham yesterday to take a tour of the Bluebell icecream factory and to go see the fields of bluebonnets before they are gone for another year. My mom came with us to help out with the kids and enjoy the day with us. Besides a few minor happenings - vomit in the car, thorn in a toe, and an emergency bathroom stop - the day was a lot of fun. It was hard to get cute pictures because of the wind and the sun (and Paxton had thrown up on his nice clothes and was wearing scrubs if you were wondering from the pics). But nothing beats a good scoop of icecream or two and a pretty day for the kids to run around in the fields of flowers. They all had a lot of fun.
