Guess Who's Two!

Well, almost. Tegan won't be two until July 18th, but we thought, with the babies due sometime in June, we'd better celebrate her birthday early this year, so we threw a party in her honor on May 27th. Anyone who's anyone was there.

We felt like referees trying to keep the other party guests from opening and playing with her new toys, but all in all, it was a success. It was held at a park near our house that has a nice pavilion that can be reserved for such events.

Amber went to the doctor last week and found out that Baby B (Camden) is not growing as fast as Baby A (Paxton). Baby A appears to be stealing nutrients from Baby B. He will receive a stern talking to about sharing upon his arrival. Amber's doctor indicated that they will "wait and see" what things look like at her next scheduled ultrasound appointment (June 9th). If Baby B is still 25% or more smaller than Baby A, they will begin the c-section that day.

We've been scurrying even more to prepare for their arrival given this latest news. I assembled a double stroller and another Pack-N-Play this afternoon. We will soon not have any room to walk through our house due to the plastic baby accessories that have taken us over.
